I would 100% recommend Mark. The work carried out was to remove the bath, fit a large shower tray, new shower and tiling due to my husband's decreasing mobility and was carried out in a timely and efficient way and we are extremely pleased with the results. Mark cleaned up thorougly at the end of each day and kept us informed along the way.

We were very impressed with the initial invoice which very detailed and outlined the costing of the work involved it was a very comprehensive quote. Mark consistently delivered high quality work. Time keeping was excellent and Mark was a very tidy workman and respectful of our home. He was friendly and approachable when discussing the project. We look forward to having Mark complete some more projects for us. The sub contractors that Mark employed also were extremely professional hard working and met project deadlines.

Mark has just completed three issues I had; replacing a pop-up plug, ballcock, and also sourcing and fitting a digital shower unit to replace the one I have had for several years. As usual his work is excellent. He contacted me promptly when I was having difficulties with my shower unit. He is always pleasant, thorough, and efficient. Exceptional work by Mark, complete bathroom replacement and tiling done to high standard of finish. Designed to suit my parents who are elderly and disabled. High level toilet pan, wide low profile quality shower tray, fold down shower seat fixed to the wall and thoughtfully sourced and placed grab handles and rails so it does not look like an adapted bathroom. New flooring to suit and chrome edging was a nice touch. Mark works so efficiently, tidies up each day and all done to time. His care and attention to my parents needs whilst the works was being done was much appreciated.
