Mark Moss Plumbing

Mark has carried out work for me a few times, and it's always been to an excellent standard. He's really knowledgable and has solved some complicated issues. He's always turned up when he said he will, and communicated quickly and clearly.

Hero Plumber! My elderly parents, we're in a bad way, filling up water bottles for a month, as they couldn't leave the water mains on without risking water pouring over the bathroom floor and leaking into breakfast room beneath it, due to a leaking toilet. Having used Mark many times before for my own house, I knew he was the man to fix it. I'm so grateful to him; he came out and resolved my parents' problems quickly, only for my mum to tell me that night there was another leak under the kitchen sink; after switching off the mains water again. I messaged Mark again and to his credit he came out the very next day and fixed that leak too. You could not ask for better, everything fixed now thanks to Mark, he is an absolute star,  and I know my parents are grateful too. Thank you, Mark.  .

Mark arrived when he said he would, with the parts needed, carried out an efficient repair and was polite and courteous too.

I would 100% recommend Mark. The work carried out was to remove the bath, fit a large shower tray, new shower and tiling due to my husband's decreasing mobility and was carried out in a timely and efficient way and we are extremely pleased with the results. Mark cleaned up thorougly at the end of each day and kept us informed along the way.

We were very impressed with the initial invoice which very detailed and outlined the costing of the work involved it was a very comprehensive quote. Mark consistently delivered high quality work. Time keeping was excellent and Mark was a very tidy workman and respectful of our home. He was friendly and approachable when discussing the project. We look forward to having Mark complete some more projects for us. The sub contractors that Mark employed also were extremely professional hard working and met project deadlines.
